At Zenmatchpop, operated by SMALL INDIE COMPANY LIMITED, we strive to provide a seamless and relaxing gaming experience. As we provide digital content (online games and virtual items), our refund policy is designed to comply with the laws of New Zealand and the European Union.

  1. Digital Content Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)
    Under European Union consumer protection laws, consumers normally have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, specific rules apply:

Important Notice: By purchasing and accessing digital content on www.zenmatchpop.com, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (right to a refund without reason) once the digital content delivery has started.

If you have not yet accessed, played, or downloaded the digital content, you remain eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    We offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged twice for the same digital item due to a technical error.

Technical Failure: If the digital content is proven to be defective or inaccessible due to an error on our server side, and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Unauthorised Transactions: If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, please contact us immediately.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    Except as required by New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) or EU law regarding defective products, we do not offer refunds for:

“Change of mind” after the digital service or game has been accessed.

Virtual currency or in-game items that have been partially or fully consumed.

Accidental purchases made by minors (we encourage parents to enable purchase authentication).

We aim to review all requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

  1. Statutory Rights (New Zealand & EU)
    Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights.

New Zealand Consumers: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a substantial failure.

EU Consumers: If the digital content is faulty, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
